All orders are acknowledged via fax. Please read carefully and contact customer service immediately with corrections. Orders will be processed and billed as per information on order acknowledgement.Any changes made to an order after receipt to customer service must be confirmed by fax or in writing. . Please indicate on your order: a) Quantity and price b) Product item number and description c) Imprint color and location d) Shipping carrier UPS only e) Shipping date and in-hands date f) Artwork, along with how it's being sent (i.e. email, regular mail, UPS, etc...) We will fax you a paper proof showing the item with the logo in approximate location and exact imprint size. Artwork Imprint quality on your order depends upon the artwork supplied with it. To avoid delays and additional art charges, please provide clean black & white camera-ready artwork. Artwork must be 600 dpi or higher laser prints, preferable at 200% of the final size. Orders for multi-color imprints must send black & white color separated art with registration marks for each color. Please provide a color composite. If suitable art is not supplied, art charges of $50.00 per hour will be charged; one hour minimum. Art charges may be the result of sending embossed or raised copy, photocopies, colored art, newspaper ads, business cards or anything else that is not original or professional quality artwork. Computer Disk Requirements Disk artwork files must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw or Freehand. Files must be EPS, Tiff, Ai or CDR formats. Please convert all fonts to outline. Either IBM or Mac. May be sent on Floppy Disk, ZIP Disk or CD. Please include a hard copy of artwork with disk. Email Artwork Requirements Company name/contact, phone number and purchase order number must be identified clearly. File must be submitted in any of the formats listed above. Artwork must have all type converted to outline. Zip, SIT DropStuff compressed files can be used. Contact our art department for more information. Send artwork to: sales@buynsavedirect.com Artwork will be returned at completion of the order on request. Setup Charges $35.00 set-up charge per copy on all orders. $45.00 set-up charge on two sided or wrap around imprints on screen printed mugs, tumblers or vacuum flasks. The set-up charge for exact repeat orders within 24 months is $12.50 for single color and the first color of a multiple color order. Each additional color will incur a $30.00 set-up charge. Please furnish last purchase. Pricing Prices online include one color imprint in one location unless otherwise noted. order and date. Additional Color Imprint $35.00 set-up per color plus a per piece per color running charge. Allow up to 2 additional days production per color. Imprint Area / Position The imprint areas specified for each item is the maximum imprintable area. Technical restrictions prevent the exact centering of some of the artwork on the sides of our mugs, tumblers & vacuum flasks. On items that offer multiple imprint locations, please specify which location is to be imprinted. Due to the contour of the mugs, tumblers and vacuum flasks, some geometric shapes and logos may distort. Registration of 2 & 3 Color Designs In multi-color designs where it becomes necessary to register one color next to another, there is a possibility of misregistration amounting to 1/32", depending on the size and shape of the item being printed. This tolerance meets industry standards and must be considered acceptable. PMS Color Matching Add $35.00 per PMS color. Colors may vary slightly after being applied to surface depending on surface color or texture. PMS matches cannot be guaranteed. Proofs Paper proof sent by fax at no charge on every order. Allow 48 hours for a paper proof. Product proof $30.00 per color, plus cost of product and shipping cost. This is not applicable towards set-up charge if item proof is approved. Revisions on proofs will be charged as a new proof which may include an additional art charge. Allow 5 days for processing a product proof. Sample Policy A) Speculative samples are made upon request. Allow 10 working days for the production of spec sample which will be charged $35.00 plus merchandise and shipping cost, no less than minimum charge will be assessed. B) Random samples are billed at end quantity price. Shipped within 48 hours. C) Blank samples are available and billed at our blank each price with no minimum order fee. Shipped within 48 hours. Production Time Most of our products are available for 3, 4 or 5 day rush service, refer to catalog page for which service applies to your product. Standard service runs 10-15 business days. Your order may require up to 3 additional days when ordering items with 2nd side imprint or for each additional and/or color of imprint. Actual production time begins after approval, payment has been paid and signed approval of paper or product proof has been received . Blank merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours. Corrections or Changes Any changes to an order already in process may be made depending on order status, provided the customer agrees to compensate for all relevant cost, if any, and allow for additional production time. Cancellation A cancellation charge of $25.00 plus cost of billable work done will apply if work has already begun. This will consist of charges for all set up and art fees, unpacking and re-packing, restocking, printing and difference in merchandise value, new vs. salvage. Terms Full Payment upon approval of order confirmation . We accept Visa, MasterCard American Express & Discover and PayPal. for the first $500.00...Order over $500.00 must be in wire transfer or Cashier checks or money order. Personel or company checks are welcome, however check must clear through our bank before production which might an additional delay up to 14 business days. Returned Merchandise All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days from receipt of order. Please phone or fax for authorization number. Return merchandise on blank products. However all imprinted products NO returnes. Less Than Minimum Order Quantity We will print any quantity less than minimums on most items, please contact your customer service representative for details. Products that less than minimums are available will be billed at the minimum quantity each price, plus $30.00 per order. Regular set-up charges apply. Over / Under Runs We always try to ship the exact quantity on your purchase order. We never ship more but sometimes we ship and bill less than what is on the purchase order. This is due to the fact that we may find damaged merchandise in our final check as we repackage the merchandise after printing. If you absolutely can not accept slightly less than what is on the purchase order then please let us know in advance. Substitutions If we know that a product is noticeably different than what we have pictured in our literature, we will call for your approval to substitute. Shipping Information Shipments are normally made via UPS if no common carrier is designated. We can not be responsible for carrier delays, provided it only guarantees the shipping date and routing as instructed by the customer. Please authorize express service in writing when necessary to meet deadlines.
